  - DirectX plug-in does not appear on Effect | Plug-in | DirectX submenu after it is installed
  - GoldWave freezes when previewing a DirectX plug-in
  - Noise Reduction leaves a tinny or tinkling sound
    - Try lowering the Scale setting.
    - For music files, remove pops and clicks before using Noise Reduction.
    - For voice files, try using the "Voice hum and hiss filter" preset under the Bandpass filter effect before using Noise Reduction.
    - This may be unavoidable when removing heavy noise from quiet audio.
  - An error occurs
