What type of problem?
- Installation
- User Interface/General
  - Mouse slow or erratic
    - If you have a Logitech mouse, turn off the Enable game detection setting under Start | Settings | Control Panel | Mouse.
    - Try using Start | All Programs | GoldWave | GoldWave Setup to disable OpenGL use in GoldWave.
    - Use the Windows Device Manager to check for any device conflicts between the sound card, video card, mouse, or other devices.
  - Mouse wheel erratic
  - Interface seems slow
  - Program freezes
  - Tool bar images are blank
